Isn't he sweet?

We were at Sam's Club yesterday, and when I chose a checkout line, Hubby asked why I picked that particular one.

"It's the shortest," I said.

"I always pick the one with the best-looking checkout person," he said.

"Okay," I said, wondering why he was telling me this.

"That's why I like to go to the self-checkout aisle."

He meant that when we are together at the self-checkout, I am the prettiest checkout girl in the store. You thought he was talking about himself? Yeah, me too. It was still funny, though.
